HOW TO BOOK
Step 1
To book with us, you will need to pay a booking deposit of £100 for just the Glawning Drive-Away Bell Tent, or £150 for the campervan, to secure your dates.
We then ask for the balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks before collection.
We will also require a security deposit of £750, which is due no later than 7 days before collection. If you hire the Glawning with the campervan, it’s £1000.
For the Glawning on it’s own, without the campervan the security deposit is £1000.
Once you have returned the campervan and/or Glawning. in the same condition as at the start of hire, your security deposit will be refunded.

Step 2
Make sure you’ve read the Terms & Conditions of hire, paying particular attention to the driver requirements for the campervan.
Step 3
Select your required dates from the correct calendar below and complete the online booking form. If you’d like to hire the Glawning Drive-Away Bell Tent with the campervan, just select this as a Cheeky Extra on the campervan booking form.
Step 4
Pay your booking deposit online, as directed, to secure your booking and start planning your trip.
Step 5
You will then receive a booking confirmation email, detailing when the balance and security deposits are due.
Step 6

Step 7
A minimum of 6 weeks before your collection date, pay the remaining balance of your holiday, using the payment link sent. Please note: if your collection date is less than 6 weeks from the time of booking, the balance must be paid in full on booking.
Step 8
If you haven’t already done so, a minimum of 7 days prior to your collection date, pay the security deposit and supply us with the required documentation.

Important Booking Information
Please read our Cotswolds to Coast Campers Ltd Terms & Conditions before booking.
Drivers: Drivers must be between 23 and 75 years of age, with a minimum of 2 years driving experience and a UK Driving Licence that must not exceed 6 points, made up of two x 3 points. One 6 point convicton will need to be refered to our insurers.
Please contact us if you fall outside of this criteria, as we may be able to make special arrangements with our insurers to accommodate you. An additional driver is charged at £35 per trip whilst driving in the UK. They must be present at the time of the pickup and be able to present the required documentation.
Travelling abroad: The campervan is insured for hire in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the EU.
Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £150 is payable to secure your booking.
On receipt of your deposit, a final invoice will be issued which is payable in full, no later than 6 weeks prior to the collection day.
Security deposit: £750, payable a minimum of 7 days prior to collection, from a card held by the main driver. This is the excess set by our insurance company but also serves as a security damage deposit. This will be refunded within 10 days of your return date, providing the campervan is returned in the same condition as it was found on collection day and following a vehicle inspection carried out by Cotswolds to Coast Campers Ltd.
Handover days: Collection is between 2pm and 4pm on the first day of hire and return is no later than 11am on the last day of the hire. Don’t forget if you return the campervan by 10:30am, we will issue you with a 2 for 1 breakfast voucher for Hook Norton Brewery to set you up for your onward journey and see out your holiday in style. If you think you will need collection or return outside of the times above, this may be possible with prior agreement between parties. Please contact Cotswolds to Coast Campers Ltd. and we will do our best to assist. Please note: Late returns after 11am without prior agreement will be charged at a full day rate (price of a day relative to the 7 nights pricing), as per the season.
Documents required 7 days before collection:
- Online DVLA Licence Check Code. You can get this here: DVLA Website
- Your Driver’s License and two separate forms of proof of address dated within 90 days of the hire date:
- One utility bill (excl. mobile phone bill)
- Further proof of address (council tax, TV/internet/landline, bank statement,
credit card statement, mortgage statement)
Due to our strict insurance requirements, your VW campervan hire may be cancelled without refund if we are unable to check or validate any of the above before collection.
